I have always been living with lot of fears in my life while growing up. Had lot of stress resulting from this unwanted fears in my life. After I lost my mother at 7, I was not able to stand up on my own. Had lost all courage to even smile. Thinking all the time that I am bullied by my friends because I am ugly.
This simple fear held me back so much that even after marriage I shied away from smiling in front of the camera. I thought that if I smile, I may look more ugly. I soon had a step mother after I lost my mother, who stopped supporting my education after tenth. She sent me to work in timeless city of Mumbai where stress was too much to handle, no life of my own and mundane routine kept screaming to end my life.
But life was all I had & if I had to live, I thought of better living it in a way to at least leave a mark in this world. I somehow completed my graduation from University of Pune and came to the city of Muscat, Oman to start my new life with a job. With all the peace I got in my life & getting married to my lovely wife, I forgot about passion in my life. Kept working with more and more stressful life leading to health issues as well.
It was during the lockdown & with immense encouragement from my wife, I started writing again & ended up publishing my first book. This book gave me the power to see my dreams again. With that empowerment, I became a Certified Life Coach & A Certified Speaker, with a mission to help people get rid of stress.
